Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Zeba Shoes! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Customers have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in brand new condition. Your item must be in the original packaging, with the box and tags still intact and undamaged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping to our Las Vegas, Nevada location.
We recommend using USPS for returns when shipping as they're usually the fastest and cheapest.
Can I return worn shoes?
We know you want to try out your Zebas to make sure they fit comfortably, so please try them on a clean carpeted or indoor surface to confirm the correct size and style.
Shoes must be in the same condition you received them to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Any shoes that are dirty, visibly worn, or shoes that have been worn outside cannot be returned.
Items not Eligible for Return:
- Socks - All socks are final sale, and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
- Damaged or used merchandise
- Returns over 30 calendar days from when they were received
How Do I Return My Shoes For a Refund or Exchange?
When sending a product back to us, please put a note in the same box with your return items with the following information:
- Your Order # (Your Order # is in your original email confirmation)
If you cannot locate your Order #, please write instead:
- Email address you used for the order
- Full name you used for the order
Please indicate on the note whether you would like to return for Exchange or for Refund.
If you are looking to Exchange, please also write what size / style you would like to exchange your order for.

Refunds and Exchange Process
Refunds:
Once we have received and processed your return item, we will initiate a refund back to the original form of payment used for the order.
Your refund will be a full refund for the items you have returned. Shipping costs are not included in refunds.
When this happens, you will receive a refund confirmation in your email indicating that the refund has been processed.
Your refund credit should show up on your bank or credit card statement within 10 business days. We typically issue refunds within 24 hours of receiving your return, but it takes time for banks to process it and for it to appear on your statement.
To be eligible for a refund, your return item must meet the requirements as outlined by our Return & Refund Policy.
If your item does not meet the Return requirements, we will not be able to issue a refund on your item.
Exchanges:
Once we have received and processed your return item, we send out your Exchange item as requested on the Exchange note we receive with your return item
To be eligible for an Exchange, your return item must meet the requirements as outlined by our Return & Refund Policy.
If your item does not meet the Return requirements, we will not be able to issue an exchange for your item.
Holiday Return Policy
For shoes purchased as gifts during November and early December, our Returns and Exchanges window is extended to January 31st.
To qualify for an exchange or refund, the shoes must be in brand new condition with the box and tags still intact, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
